Processing Time

 We usually process orders within the first 48 hours. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in processing or delivery times.

International Shipping

 We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Free Shipping

 Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The applicable shipping method will be shown at checkout.

Customs & Duties 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Support@flowfans.store and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.99 per order. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, just reach out and we'll make it right with a fast replacement or refund.

What's covered

  • Damaged items — if your product arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
  • Lost packages — if tracking shows your package was lost in transit or never progressed to delivery, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
  • Stolen packages — if tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at Support@flowfans.store within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and make it right.

How to file a claim

Email Support@flowfans.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, please include a photo. Support@flowfans.store usually replies within 24 hours.

Without Shipping Protection

Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not covered for loss, theft, or damage during transit. We're happy to help however we can, but replacements or refunds for these issues are handled at our discretion.

Other notes

  • Shipping Protection covers issues that occur during transit. It does not cover delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or issues after successful, verified delivery to the correct address.
  • We reserve the right to request additional information to verify a claim.
  • Shipping Protection is non-refundable once a claim has been filed on the order.
